Squab pigeon is a right fancy dish here in the uk pricey too i would never eat it myself what i find funny tho is in the uk a lot of ppl call them flying rats as lots of ppl think thier dirty full of disease etc (there actual name is rock dove and ppl forgot what they done in the wars) but then they go out & eat it for dinner
