My short term memory is pretty bad still after almost 2 months. I really have to pay attention during conversations or I'll lost focus during a long story or something. I'll also walk into a room and forget why I'm in there haha. It can be a little embarrassing
Long term memory is foggy too but I attribute that to tons of blackouts and brownouts. Not a lot of positive things to remember anyway so I feel like that's a blessing in disguise
Each day is better though. I'm doing lumosity, the brain training thing, again and that seems to be helping speed things up a bit. But I was told the brain takes a year to two to really recover depending on the severity of drinking. So it's a waiting game too
