Good point about the powerlessness, Casey. I'm laughing about the "snotty" thing. What I find about it that might be snotty (or snooty) is that on that forum, they are always saying that it's a secular recovery option. That is where I find it annoying. Otherwise, the basic premise of it is very helpful. Very simple and empowering.
