3 months today!
Well truth is I've been having some cravings lately, I would
not call them cravings but AV talk. I don't think I should feel guilty or ashamed for those drinking thoughts, as long as I don't act on them there is
no problem.
I'm taking one day at a time and I see that is what works. Some days are better than others.
My plan is to go back to the gym and also go for a walk everyday, I gained a lot of weight due to the medication I'm taking and I really could lose some of it.
SR has helped me a lot. I will try to post more often.
