A Feenomenal Friday for all, I trust...
I dodged a potential Bullet yesterday. Although assured by my Realtor that our House Buyer's Realtor - whom I affectionately now call 'RealtorZilla' - was dissuaded from further Home Invasions here while the Bank Appraiser did their work yesterday, it was all a False Alarm. The Appraisal is
next Thursday, and we'll be out West on the Ranchette then for a week. >100 F Degrees there now, and the free 'Swamp' Cooler I jury rigged-up might not keep up. Ma Nature does cool it down nicely at night, to be sure. We're Window Shopping away some of our pending House Sales Bucks like 'Kwiki Mart' Lotto Winners from a Payday Loan Store. One item on the Short List is Mitsubishi A/C. Slick System. Very efficient.
I popped outta Bed early, and got down with cleaning our 'Swamp' Cooler here. The Water-filled Trays on either side catch all kinda Pine Tree Pollen, and get 'interesting'. There was this bizarre, periodic 'humming' resonance coming from it. So, I put some Oil in these lil 'Cups' on both Fan Rollers. Seems to have done the trick to correct this vexing problem. All is amazingly quiet now. Oiling things, and banging on them, are Universal Solutions for fixing Guano in Life.
Today's Chore is retrieving my packed Utility Trailer from a Pal's House, and ethically dispose of items on it cleared outta here for Open House ~2 weeks ago. An old Water Heater hauled outta the Basement, etc..
The Beeb mentioned stellar Aurora Borealis action in the U.K., so hopefully there's plenty to see up in Norway right now.
