Hi. I was out all day. I guess 24 hours of sleep helps. Got my new trimmers for my bald head (was an effort before). Stopped at a specialty running store to look at some stuff for my foot issues and got a lot of good, free advice. Young woman there agreed that my calf is as tense as a piano wire. Simple cheap inserts and hard work to get going again. I called the physical therapist. I'll need a new prescription for them to do anything with me. So I need to call the doctor.
As per advice from here I decided to make sure I eat and hydrate. Whole Foods: Coconut water, regular water (my tap stinks), a steak, pork chop, sweet potatoes, peas. That steak was delicious.
Going to drink a ton of water.
Got to the therapist. It was good. Made a list with him. Talked about a bunch of stuff but 45 minutes is not enough.
Tomorrow hopefully check off a couple things in the list.
