Yeah, good luck with that. I'd probably be pissed too, if they insisted on coming in for inspections before you guys are out ... and multiple times? Ugh.
I worked in a construction business (and around realtors) for a few years ... one trait they all seemed to possess is the look-out-for-number-1 trait above all. They wanted what they wanted right when they wanted it, everyone and everything else be damned, lol.
