Hippo......my mom and grandmother always advised us girls to sock away money 'just in case'. Guess they were referring to if our husbands ever up and left us penniless or something....and I know that's not why you've opened a secret acct....but still, it's okay to have your 'own' money for whatever reason .....women have been doing it for centuries! (Men too, I'm sure).
