Braking my no meat during weekdays as I am using the beef I was going to eat Sunday (but didn't because I worked on the car so late). I hate food waste too.

I'm making Malaysian curry which i've never made before, had to buy some unusual spices i've not heard of before (galangal, sambal). It's not quite ready yet but i've had a taste and it's really good. Downside is despite rinsing my hands I have just rubbed my eye and it stings now
