Well, I did relapse yesterday. And I debated whether or not to announce it. But then I thought, this is a support forum, so why not. But I am also aware that people (me too) get emotionally invested in others. So I felt like I let some people down. Not sure really what to do...post about it or not.

First, sorry to hear that you relapsed. I hope you are ok.
Im my humble opinion, I think it is important to share this stuff on SR. We all come here for support in our sobriety. When we relapse, I think we need even more support. I think we all value each others perspective on and journey to sobriety, including relapses. I don't think a relapse lets anyone down. These are just some of my initial thoughts on this matter.
