LBrain that's what I did to stop myself. The decision to grab a drink was very impulsive. Didn't think about it, just did it. And after I finished it is when I asked myself why I was doing this. And of course I could think of no good reason. I was popping in and out of here but didn't post. I should have.
But today I am able to just stay in and lounge around with my trusty iPad at my side. I haven't had a day like this in over a week. So if I experience any urges to drink I will make it a point come right on here and post.
I've also begun looking for a new job because the one I am currently working is really beating me down and stressing me out. It's not helping my sober efforts at all and it's time to change things up. I already have some friends putting in the good word with their superiors so hopefully I will being doing something I want to do very soon.
