Sleeping is getting better also, forgot to add that.

I finally use my nutri-bullet, after it's been in the box for months lol. I blend kale, blueberries, avocado, banana's, apples, and flaxseeds into one pitcher for four days at a time. Drink it every morning after my run and it makes me feel full until lunchtime. Last two weeks, nothing but tuna and salmon for dinner with quinoa.

I've been meaning to kick red meat also so why not now, right
At day 18, I don't think about alcohol as much...the struggle I find, especially at night, is just keeping myself busy before bedtime. I'm doing this solo and I'm finding its getting better everyday. When I'm alone, I tell myself I wish I had a good friend right now...just to run with or even eat with but when I get out and about I kinda avoid people lol...weird I know. Its just for right now though, trying to enjoy this run with solitude (before my son gets back after the summer).
I've never been here before...

Some days it is liberating for sure.
