I woke up this morning at 3 am for a bowl of cereal lol, I have to laugh bc I rarely eat cereal and I don't eat sugar as often anymore. On a health kick so it's a lot of sherbet instead of ice cream kinda thing...
Did/does anyone else experience sugar cravings in the middle of the night during their early sobriety?
