Welcome IDP. I have no personal experience with opiate withdrawal, but if you have three days already, you're on the right track. I'm only guessing, but you should be starting to feel normal in a week or two, if not sooner. However, you should definitely check out the Substance Abuse sub-forum on this site. The posters there should have more experience with this:
