I had trouble driving at the 4 month mark. I kept trying to steer in the ditch. I had the vision thing too especially in high light with bright colors. That one was right around 6 months. The hearing for me was more like I couldn't filter out background noise.
All those symptoms could be explainable by healing but better check it out AO.
