When I first came out of treatment last year the biggest blow for me was that there wasn't an aftercare system established in Canada the way their was in the states. A few months ago I was recommended to this institution:
Helix Healthcare
I cannot speak highly enough of it, it's not cheap, but it's an amazing aftercare/ongoing care option
I've found it to be invaluable...I just thought I would share as I wish I had known about this a year ago!!!
