Hey team... Opted for the turkey sandwich over the steak bomb. I just can't undo all the hard work I have to lose weight.
I will be honest. Stunner of a day. But my heart is so low. I will not allow myself to go with it. I am making the choice to ignore it and continue on doing things rather than give up and sit. It was days like this I would drink myself into nonexistence. I handle these days differently now.
So.... Time to get up and get a few chores done. That will make me feel better.
