Went to the local Saturday farmers market with my wife and we bought a pile of fresh veggies. Got home and made myself a massive plate of crispy kale and thin sliced leftover grilled London broil. Great way to put some good nutrition in my system before my afternoon workout.

Crispy kale is one of my favorite ways to eat a mountain of greens. Addicting like potato chips but the opposite from a nutritional standpoint. Simple to prepare and I highly recommend trying it.

Recipe:

Tear off potato chip sized pieces from the stalk and single layer in a sheet pan. Drizzle olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ground red pepper if you like spice. I'm a spice addict.

Convection or regular bake at 375 until the leaves turn crispy but not charred. A lot goes a little way. I can eat an entire tray myself. Lots of shrinkage as they crisp. Might be one of the healthiest crispy snacks known to man. Lol
