Hi guys. I'm just putting it out there that I'm having a rough day. Feeling old and small and tired. Forgot that I have a dental appointment today but I'll be there. Hair appointment tomorrow. That will cheer me some. Maybe I'll go dig in my garden before the dentist. Though that's playing hooky from work. Mental health time. I need it.
