I think half the problem with being a strong person is that we find it hard to reach out and ask and accept help...
It is great that you are posting and reaching out, great job, it really does help talking about it..anyone or any place that you feel safe to share.
What about some F2F support or an addiction counsellor..SMART, AA meeting. Even if they do not end up being for you it gets you proactive and as they say "Where attention goes energy flows!"!!
AVRT, RR help me address my AV to stop continually relapsing. Have you tried it?
You are right relapsing is exhausting and for me kind of started me in a cycle of creating what I feared....take care.
