You could tell them you're on medication that doesn't allow you to drink. You can think up some innocuous reason you'd be on medication beforehand in case they want more detail.
I would always just tell people (even co-workers) that I don't drink anymore. But this is the one scenario where I would use a different tactic. A white lie here might not be a bad play. Just don't allow them to pressure you to drink.
