Yeah, they know! They just can't speak. Animals have keen instincts and will not ingest alcohol because they know it is POISON. My pet used to bite me when I'd try to kiss her head after drinking.

Your dog tries to bite you at times? I couldn't imagine my dogs ever trying to bite me. Well, if they ever want to eat again they won't.

Sometimes I'll play around with them, and shove my hand in their mouth to see what they will do. Sure enough, nothing.
