I do love the process of brewing. The point though - I don't want to make beer with alcohol. Our NA beers are not that great and the import stuff is horrendously expensive.
So if I can get it right at home, then I have satisfied that niche and our group now has a selection again. There are a few of us in our group that are looking for the same thing.
Once again, I do appreciate the input.
