I think it's all about planning. My biggest trigger was being home alone and I really struggled with that. Prepare yourself by making plans to get out of the house and do something different, have coffee with a friend, go for a walk, anything that will help to break the habit.
It does sound like you have a lot going for you. Your Mom is helping out you and your son and having job opportunities is a great plus. Take advantage of the support and move forward with your recovery.
