A great way to stop obsessing about alcohol is to find things you enjoy doing without it.
I used to quit drinking and then sit around feeling sorry for myself because
everyone was drinking except me and I was missing all the fun. That's probably why I had to quit drinking again and again and again.
One day I quit drinking and started building a sober life for myself. What a remarkable difference!
