Hi Pam....welcome! The beginning is tough, but many here are proof that it is possible to get through. Just keep on abstaining one day at a time, read and post here often, and before you know it you'll accumulate some time. The more time you have...the easier it gets! And then you will be free from all of alcohol s clutches.
