I absolutely abhor being physically dependent but this IS a very serious condition. Telling someone to "pour it out" is the most irresponsible thing I've ever heard one alcoholic tell another. Death from immediate cessation is a very real thing that happens to us older folks that have drank for 10+ yrs. We're not talking about a 16 yr. old or to be real---even one of the twenty-somethings that come here complaining of a bump in the road due to some heavy partying. Are you folks even real?
