Did you ever consider that perhaps this is something that you aren't going to be able to do on your own terms? Going way back to the first time you were here you were very adamant and stubborn that a self-taper was the only way that you were going this. And now you are still bargaining with your addiction - trying to forumlate taper plans, put in a little of this and a little of that, but it's all about your terms.
Maybe you just need to bite the bullet and check into detox for a couple of days. Your way obviously isn't working this time around.
