I sure do understand how hard it is to get back on track. My last time 'out' lasted for years, not weeks. I'd say you're doing quite well to be reclaiming your life.

I'm at that point where I know I got to get back on track and change my behaviour (again), but talking it out with like-minded people always helps and provides that extra push.
My support circle IRL is quite limited.
