Well if nothing is different than you know you can get through this, because you already have for the last 5 days!
I poured out all my booze and that made a big difference for me. Just having it around I knew I was going to drink it at some point, and now that I've been honest with myself and gotten rid of it all I'm having way less cravings. Everyone is different, but just a thought.
