What you're going through sucks. I am going through similar things with my family and I only wish that there were Goblins involved so that I could have an intelligent conversation with someone.
What keeps me sane during these times is telling myself if I relapse over this (whatever "this" happens to be at the time), then there is nothing to keep me from using the next crisis as an excuse to avoid dealing with reality. I am big into reality these days.
