but when I quit bacon a couple weeks ago, a request from the wife I said I was going all out one last time, one giant blt.
And in case anyone out there wants to know the secret ingredient in red velvet cake or red velvet fudge, it is of course, "red flavor".
I saw some red velvet fudge in a case and because the mrs "needs" a sugar fix when she is preparing for exams - seems she is always preparing for exams and it shows - an anniversary gift of fudge was in order. So I ask the lady how it's made, "Let me get someone who knows, she makes it." Lady 2 shows up. "What is used to flavor the red velvet fudge?" I ask. They add "RED FLAVOR" to it. Uh, I mean is it cherry or strawberry or something like that. "No, it's just RED FLAVOR."
Since I didn't do it last night. I'll be on my knees scrubbing kitchen floor within the hour. And yes, I purchased knee pads for the job.
