I may have asked before but have you considered counseling? I know you talked about stress levels and fear and other triggers. Maybe therapy could be added to your arsenal of tools. Because, as you know, unless you learn how to handle your feelings and therefore your reactions to them, you may just be putting a band aid on a bigger problem. hugs!
