I sometimes feel like I'm not "pulling my weight". I'm here quite a bit but I sometimes get busy with work, school or just life in general and kind of "slack off" a bit. Generally there are others that pick up the slack, and I think we have a great group of people here.
Biggest issue is that I wish I could respond to about 100 posts per day! Sadly there's just not enough MoS to go around!
So I respond to as many as I can with a special effort made to reach out to those who are hurting or not getting any responses.
