It's not personal, Anna, and it is. We (some of us (blush)) can be a pain in the a## to you administrators. What do you expect, we're not pros at this recovery thing!
But more, like Scott said, it's a collective. The forums (and notice I restrict to the forums, and from now) are a small fall of grace, somehow sustained by us all, a "we" I'm very fortunate to be a part of.
