saturday morning coffee is on , A surprise trip to the seaside for mum is in the offing .. nothing too intense .. of too far to walk with other people around because of schizophrenia and C.O.P.D ..
Sobriety means i can contemplate such things in the past i'd have had a foul humour because every moment was being wasted if i wasn't getting wasted .
I still get impatient especially when I'm tired but i'm worlds better than i once was . progress eh ?
New day today 8:30 here , lets make the next decision the right one . mine involves coffee ..
