There are certainly "highs" you can attain naturally - like excersice induced ones, or high moments in our lives or the lives of those around us. But quite frankly, there is always going to be a lot of "mundane" tasks and activities that we need to accomplish simply to survive and provide for our families. Life ain't easy ;-)

Having said that, many find that there are spiritual and other ways to achieve what we seek - meditation, yoga, religion, counseling, reading, etc. Many of these thigns can help center us and allow us to enjoy everything else more too.
