I definitely don't think worrying and caring are the same thing.

Caring can be acted on - by making a change or saying a prayer or offering a hug or sending an intention or giving support - to self or others.

Worrying is a paralyzing place. Worry keeps us rooted in fear.

When we care, we can set an intention but also accept that it may not happen. We can care without expectation.

When we worry, we focus on the expectation and become attached to it, good or bad.
