Hello and thank you all for checking in on me today!

I did get a few hours of sleep, woke up every hour though. That's just enough for me to make it through work, but not enough to feed any emotions or intrusive thoughts. Right now all I feel is crabby. I made an appointment to see my therapist and was lucky enough to grab an appointment the day after tomorrow. He's very good at helping me get through these times of obsessions (intrusive thoughts) and compulsions (checking everything in my apartment over and over and over again - took me an hour to leave last Thursday).

Sleep will be my friend tonight
