Hi.
Four days is a good start, congratulations.
I needed to get honest with myself about my drinking and accept the fact I can no longer drink in safety one day at a time in a row in safety.

I also needed the help of people who understood other alcoholics and were there to guide me into recovery.

This site also has some very good people with good suggestions and sober time behind them. At times we don’t like to hear/do what’s suggested but many times it’s necessary to listen and at least try.
For instance I was told I needed to get sober for me first, forget the family, job and whatever as those things will align themselves once we heal. They were correct because without sobriety all else is gone as proven so often on these forums.

BE WELL
