Conclusion: Friday afternoons are the worst!! Resorting to iced mochas but it's just not doing the trick. Anxiety high, thoughts of why cant I just be a normal drinker? Running real strong. But I guess if I crave it it means there's definitely a problem. Going out to dinner and just don't want to. Heading to yoga studio bright and early tomorrow.
