Thank you everyone. I really appreciate the comments! This is why I love this forum; without input from others you can bury your head a bit and head off down a route that perhaps isn't the right one. Remaining sober is the no.1 priority and will trump everything else but yes, I think I do need to maybe obsess a bit less!
