Ruby-That sucks you have to go out in this and won't have the house to yourself. The good thing is you have been staying here, are sober, and can pick him up.
BigS and Ruby- I entertained the idea of drinking while mr. strat was gone, but did not want to ruin all the progress I had made, nor did I want to deal with all the aftermath. It was easier and better to stay sober. Going back to drinking, as well as the aftermath is just depressing to where I could really relate to what you were saying BigS. I can also relate to wanting that feeling of escape. Some days my hobbies are capable of providing that, but not always.
