Something I have learned over the years; I saw things as black and white-I was raised in a dysfunctional household. I'm NOT saying I wasn't loved-just acknowledging why I may be the way I am.
Once I learned that it's not always black and white-I guess the easiest way to describe it is to say that doing the best we can every day is ok. You are doing better every day right? Don't let this get you down-get up tomorrow and continue to the good fight.
