I'm 24, I'm hoping this is it, I really think the next time would kill me. I've known I needed to stop completely for years though
I never had any 'rules' with alcohol, self imposed or otherwise, so I went downhill drinking round the clock pretty fast
Even I feel like a slow learner and wish I got it sooner. I guess that's how we all feel
