This was me- EXACTLY same situation 3 weeks ago today.Family upset, sense of fear and shame. It's horrible. I still drank on Sunday to cope with the guilt. Next day I quit and it will be 3 weeks tomorrow. Ride out today. Start over. My family appreciate that I am trying hard and starting to chill a bit. Good luck
