Feeling pretty grim today, feel like my insides are shivering. Got a pounding headache and pretty sweaty but pleased to say im not shaking so far. Took some vitamins and drinking lots of orange juice.....the sweetness isnt helping the nausea but i read orange juice is good. Cant wait for today to end but think ill probably not be able to sleep so probably no repreive there.
