How do you motivate yourself to that point? I saw my doctor, read a lot about the harm it was doing me, and wanted to give up something important to be to show my DIL she could stop smoking.
Thank you FellingGreat, but when you say "Once I finally clicked" Once I finally clicked, I could easily resist." Are you talking about "easily resisting" the white knuckling? or never have IT in the first place?
