Well messed it up again.
Posting here when upset but I do read and post for others when sober and positive so I hope the forum karma balances out.
Drank last night seriously.. Got 2 hours sleep.. Feel like death and have teaching all day.. Taking it 1 second at a time.. Feel like a pressure cooker.. Tough timetable means can't get to as at the moment.. Told wife this Morning.. Want to inform her how serious and out of control it is and also want to insulate and protect her so I don't appear weak.. General madness abounds.. Anyway that's me
