A cold beer on a hot day..a stiff whiskey on a cold night..a bottle of wine at the beach in the evening...do I miss them? No. Because I can't/won't romanticize alcohol. When it comes to my drinking I must look back with a cold clinical eye. Alcohol cost me family, friendships, time and money..alcohol was murdering me.
